Our Founders
Dr. Eric Boyd is an Associate Professor of Marketing with tenure at the College of Business, University of Central Florida, where he has served since 2018. He also holds the position of Associate Editor in the Marketing Area at the Journal of Business Research, a role he has fulfilled since 2015. His academic work is complemented by Anna Alvarez Boyd, an executive coach with over 30 years of experience as a trusted senior leader in both the private and public sectors. Known for her direct yet empathetic communication style, Anna has developed exceptional skills in bridging disciplines, driving results, and navigating complex business matters. Both Eric and Anna are dedicated to fostering opportunities for women, people of color, and emerging leaders, with Anna emphasizing the importance of a supportive coaching partnership to amplify innate talents and skills.
Our Executive Director
Dylan Gladney was born in Boulder, Colorado, and raised in Dallas, Texas. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Prairie View A&M University and pursued his MBA at the University of Central Florida. With extensive experience Dylan excels in relationship management, strategic planning, team building, and marketing. He has contributed significantly to critical projects at NASA's Kennedy Space Center, utilizing his strong analytical skills. At the PGA of America, he played a pivotal role in talent and workforce development, aiding the growth of thousands of PGA members nationwide. A strong advocate for DEI within the golf community, Dylan is dedicated to leveraging his expertise to benefit the students of FairWays to Leadership, aiming to foster growth and develop the next generation of leaders.
